Whimsy Stamps New Release...

Happy Sunday and Happy 1st March Friends!

Today I'm showing you a gorgeous new release stamp set from wonderful

Whimsy Stamps

Yoga Animals Clear Stamps by Chrissy Armstrong

To make this card I first stamped and coloured the cute 

Yoga Animals Clear Stamps

with Copic Markers and cut them out with my Scan n Cut.

Copic Markers Used

Cow - C0, C1, C2, N9, N7, N5, R32, R30, R000

Bunny, C5, C3, C1

I set them to one side whilst I die cut a piece of watercolour card with the fabulous 

Slimline Marquee Die

I then dabbed some blue glittery ink onto my glass mat, spritzed it with water and swooshed a piece of watercolour card through it to create the inky background.

Ink Used

Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen in Blue

(It's a shame the photo has n't picked up the sparkle because it does look really effective)

I layered the background, the die cut frame and the yoga animals as shown and stamped a sentiment from the Yoga Animals Set onto the middle aperture.

I finished my design by adding some 

Winter Wishes Enamel Dots

A boy's dream... Whimsy New Release

Happy Wednesday friends!

I'm back today with more gorgeous goodies from
Whimsy Stamps
new release!

Prepare to have your hearts well and truly stolen! - especially if you are the Mother of boys!!!

This card features two items from the new release - 

A Boy's Dream Clear Stamp Set by Dustin Pike

and

Wonky Window 1 Die

To make this card I sprayed white card with Distress Resist Spray and once it was dry, blended over it with Cracked Pistachio, Blueprint Sketch, Mermaid Lagoon and Black Soot Distress Oxides.  Then I die cut the card with the Wonky Window 1 Die

Then I splattered a piece of black card with white acrylic ink and also die cut that with Wonky Window 1 Die, I also die cut a teeny tiny star!

Then I stamped and coloured 

 A Boy's Dream Clear Stamp Set by Dustin Pike with Copics, and then cut the images out.

I stamped the sentiment and heat embossed it in white and assembled the card design as shown.

The space ship is fixed to the card with a Mini Action Wobble Spring and it really does wobble when you touch it!

As well as its obvious symbolism of the sea and sailors it represents constancy in love and hope, it is also the recognised jewellery hallmark for jewellery assayed in Birmingham UK - where I was born.
