Sweet Holiday Penguins - My Favorite Things

 Hello everyone,

I am flying by today to show you a card I made with some new to me goodies!

For a while I have been intrigued by Spectrum Noir TriBlends.  I recently got my paws on a set and - oh.my.word - I LOVE them!

I have also been wanting to colour these fabulous Pingus for aaaages!

My Favorite Things Sweet Holiday Penguins by Stacy Yacula*

I used them here on grey cardstock and added some detail with Prisamcolor pencils and a white pastel pencil.

- it's impossible to feel bleurggghhh when you look at a penguin is n't it! - and these two  are GORGEOUS!

Llamazing Llamas! - Whimsy Stamps

 Happy Thursday and happy December friends!

I probably say it every year but has n't it come 'round quick! (:

...and 1st of December means we have a super new release at

Whimsy Stamps!

I had such fun colouring this!

I tried pastel pencils for the first time and they are FAB!

I absolutely love the texture and effect they make on the dark card.

I stamped the Llama in Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide and coloured him/her with Conte a Paris Pastel Pencils.  I have the the set of 24 which is currently reduced in price at Jackson's Art! 

The sentiment is stamped and heat embossed in white.
