Lovely Lili of the Valley Sneak Peak ...

Good Morning...

Today's card is my second sneak peak of the lovely new stamp 'cool and girly' which is part of the fabulous new stamp release at Lili of the Valley on Saturday 4th July...
(two more sleeps - exciting)!!
I coloured this sweet girl with Copics and used paper from the beautiful Lili of the Valley Romance and Roses collection to create lots of layers and die cuts.  (To be honest, this paper pad is so scrumptious I could n't decide which papers to leave out so I decided to use most of them)!

I tried make the card a little softer looking by using a sprinkle of Fran-tage and distressing the paper edges with a Tim Holtz distressing tool and Tea Dye Ink Pad.

Finally, I added a selection of flowers from The Ribbon Girl, Hobby House and my stash to decorate the card along with some gorgeous Doodlebugs and Papermania gems.

...and here we are, a 'cool and girly' girly...which is what I wish I was today! Phew, what a scorcher!

Another really pretty card Sue, love your die cuts and those papers really are delicious. Although she is beautifully done I am struggling to associate that style of stamp with LOTV somehow, I suppose it's years of the cute fairies and Annabel that are imprinted in my mind!! Set in my ways that's what I am!! Stay cool xx
