Flower Power...

Good Morning...
The challenge this time at
In The Pink is a
Pink and Floral Challenge.

Our sponsors are
The Hobby House
and the prize for the lucky winner is a £10 gift voucher.

My DT card today is made with another of my favourites - Stamping Bella's Uptown Girl -
Fiona Loves Flowers.

I coloured her using Spectrum Aquas.  (It is the first time I have used those)!   I am fairly happy with the result and I did enjoy using them but upon reflection probably need
lots more practice and better watercolour card!

You have probably noticed that the colour choice - although still my beloved pink - is more vibrant that I usually choose.  The reason being that I am totally smitten with my new paper pad by Doodlebug Designs.

I used some papers from the aforementioned scrumptious new paper pad from
Handmade Bliss - Doodlebug Designs 'Hello Sunshine'
and borrowed a sketch idea which is currently part of the Handmade Bliss July Card Challenge.

I used some paper flowers from my stash and added some of my new favourite embellishments - Doodlebug Glitter Dots...

Here we are then... 'Fiona Loves Flowers'... (and so does Sue)!
I would like to enter this card for the following challenges -
Handmade Bliss - July Sketch Challenge
Cute Card Thursday - Ladies Only
Stamping Bella Uptown Girl 'Fiona Loves Flowers'
Doodlebug Designs 6x6 Paper Pad - Hello Sunshine
Doodlebug Glitter Sprinkles
(All of the above from Handmade Bliss)
Versafine Onyx Black Ink Pad
Spectrum Aqua Markers
Fine Paint Brush
Paper Flowers from my stash
Watercolour Card (From deep in my stash, could have been there years)!
Collall All Purpose Glue
Inks Used
Versafine Ink Pad - onyx black
Crafter's Companion Spectrum Aqua Markers
skin - peach, spice
hair - desert, fawn
flowers - rose pink, moss, gold
dress and bird - gold
background - teal, slate

Thank you for visiting...
Happy Crafting...
and remember to pop straight to
In the Pink
to look at the lovely DT Creations there and  join in with the pink fun!

Please leave a comment if you pop by, I really appreciate them and do enjoy reading them
