Hello everyone!
I'm here today with something a little different from me - well, a change is as good as a rest and I did enjoy making this card!
I think it's good to try something new every now and then! (Which explains why buying craft items and using them are two separate hobbies)! (-:
This card is one of a set I made last year for our Tracy (Dies To Die For) for
Die Cutting Essentials magazine.
The eye-catching die cuts are made by blending the Tim Holtz Distress Inks in an ombre effect light to dark, Tattered Rose, Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserves on a piece of card and then die cutting two Chrysanthemum Borders from the coloured card.
The die cuts are then trimmed to fit the top and bottom of the rectangle frame and the sentiment added across the middle as shown.
