I see no ships...

Good morning lovely friends
Happy Sunday

Well, I'm not getting too excited and I don't want to tempt fate but we have some lovely weather here!  Just perfect for sailing (-;
We have a super Facebook challenge at Lili of the Valley
 and it is to use a delightful sketch by our very talented
All the details of the challenge included the wonderful prizes can be found

It would be lovely to see as many of you as possible at this super fun challenge and to hopefully inspire you to join in I have used the gorgeous Lili of the Valley stamp -

I have coloured this little chap with Copics on Kraft (Swoonerooney - I love colouring on Kraft)!

I have used papers from Carta Bella's 'Ahoy There' collection (another fave - someone pass the smelling salts)! to follow Jen's sketch.

Finally I have added some Baker's twine (tied in a reef knot) and some enamel dots.

and here we are... cute ain't he... (and just perfect with Father's day being only round the corner)...
I would like to enter this card for the following challenges -

Super cute, Sue and you're spot on with the nautical themed elements. Glad the weather is improving, I used to sail but alas, there's not a pond in sight in the Arizona desert. Have a great week!
