A Little Gem...

Good morning, happy weekend everyone...

Exciting news from the mouse house!  I have been asked to be a
guest designer for two challenges at

It certainly did n't take me long to say yes!

The challenge this time is Christmas Critters and there are wonderful Pink Gem Digi's for the lucky winner.
For my GDT card I decided to use this gorgeous digi -
by

sshhh - don't tell anyone, it can be our secret, but, I have never coloured a penguin before!
(First time for everything)!

I coloured this sweetie with copics and used my favourite puffy clouds die to create some layers with a beautiful set of

I could n't resist adding the little strip of red striped paper to match the candy cane!

The sentiment is from a Lawn Fawn Set.

I have added a bit of Tumbled Glass Distress Ink around the edge.

I have added a bit of sparkle to the ground and snowflakes
with a Wink of Stella pen but the camera has n't quite picked that up.

...and here we are, I think calling her a cute penguin is about right!...
