Light The Way...

Good Morning...

Today's card is for a special event that starts tomorrow at
Lili of the Valley

Tie a knot in your hanky so that you remember to visit Lili of the Valley tomorrow when a super sale starts - 10 selected Stamps for £30, (you can choose from a VERY big selection)!  6 paper pads for £30 and 6 Art pads for £30.
The offer will only run for a few days so don't miss out!
For my card today I have used the gorgeous LOTV stamp
Light The Way
(Which is one of the stamps included in the special offer)

I have coloured this sweetie with Copics and used two colours of Distress Ink Pads to create the background along with some Fran-tage and Stickles
I have die cut and embossed the frame and added a simple sentiment.

...and here we are, is n't it just the most gorgeous image for Christmas, that of someone lighting the way...
I would like tented this card for the following challenges -
The Ribbon Girl - October - Any Image Anything Goes
As You Like It - Mono or Colour and Why?
(Colour everytime!  I do admire the mono cards created by talented crafters out there but for me it is the varieties and depths of colour you can use that really bring an image to life, I guess I just like to look at something that is more life like).

This is really lovely Sue, she is a really lovely little character and your colouring is incredible, particularly her red coat, it's a colour I really struggle with. AND how on earth do you get your frantage to behave so well!!? xx
