Good Morning...

Today's card is the first of my August Design Collective cards for lovely 

Lili of the Valley

I used one of the beautiful new Christmas stamps from the latest LOTV launch - 

Heavenly Christmas

To colour the image, I had another fiddle with Distress Inks - I'm still not sure about them, (I love the artwork some of you lovely talented ladies create - but I need more practice I think before I am completely happy with the result).

I die cut papers from Lili of the Valley's Woodland Wishes collection to create the cloudy layers.  The white card is embossed with a Die'sire embossing folder.

The layers are all raised slighty on foam tape - I was trying to add some cloudy depth for the stars to peep out from but the camera has n't quite captured the effect.  

I added some die cut glittery stars and some sentiments from Lili of the Valley

Christmas Sentiment Tags.  These were stamped and heat embossed in gold.

...and here we are - a Heavenly Angel wishing everyone a Heavenly Christmas.

A Very Pink Birthday

Good Morning...

The challenge this time at In The Pink is

Today is rather special for everyone at In The Pink as it is the 3rd birthday of this wonderful

challenge - you can definitely sing if you want to.

My DT card today is made with one of the gorgeous new Uptown Girls from 

Stamping Bella - Brittany The Birthday Girl.

I have coloured her with Copics and gone for a much simpler design than I usually would,  mainly because Brittany is absolutely gorgeous and deserves all the limelight!

I used some papers from Pink Paislee Pen Pals Collection and die cut some letters for the birthday sentiment.  Finally I could n't resist adding some pink Doodlebug sprinkles - well it is a celebration after all!

Magic and Sparkle at Lili of the Valley...

Good Morning...

Launch day has arrived at lovely Lili of the Valley

Today at midday LOTV launches its new range of fairy calendar stamps - 12 gorgeous fairies, one for each month of the year and all totally irresistible.

...and as if that was n't enough to tempt you, at the same time a new range of Christmas stamps will also be released - cuteness overload!

So...here's the plan!

Break open the piggy bank, warn the bank manager (mine is crying already)!, pull up a chair and a cuppa and at midday be ready to check the LOTV website...

Good Morning...

Today's card is my DT inspiration for The Sugar Bowl.

I have been a tad shaken by the number of Christmas cards some of my lovely bloggin' friends are creating and as there are only 147 days to go I thought I had better make a start.  

I decided to make my card with the gorgeous Sugar Nellie Digi - Wish Upon A Star.

I coloured her with Copics and used some pearlescent card to create layers.  

I used some twine, a button and some rusty bells (love those! they are from Live and Love Crafts).

Finally, I added some sentiments from Lili of The Valley and a dusting of Frantage.

Here we are then, - it's the most wonderful time of the year... (I do mean that you know)!

Love Boat...

Good Morning...

Today's card is for lovely Lili of the Valley Design Collective.

I came over all romantic and have used 'Love Boat' which I stamped on Neenah Desert Storm Card and coloured with Copics.  (I tried that a while back and was n't happy with how it turned out - happy I gave it a second chance now)!

I used the polka dot papers from Lili of the Valley's 

Dress Shoppe and Pastel Dreams Collections to create the background which I die cut with a wonderful die from Clearly Besotted.  

I added some teeny tiny star buttons from my stash (sorry had them a while and there is no wrapper)! along with some baker's twine.

The sentiments are Lili of the Valley's Set 24 Sentiment Tags and 

Set 18 Greetings Postmarks

Lili of the Valley Sneak Peak - Calendar Girls!

Good Morning...

Today's card is my second sneak peak of one of the adorable LOTV new launch 

Calendar Fairies.  My sneaky peaky is for October.

I decided to do something a little different and paper pieced the pumpkin and leaves with papers from Lili of the Valley's One Birdie Lane Collection.  I did add some touches of colour to the paper pumpkin with Copics to try and create some depth.

I coloured the rest of the image with Copics and used some of the same papers to create layers and some die cuts.

Finally, I added some buttons and stamped the October sentiment.

Here we are, a real cutie giving us a wave from the pumpkin patch!

A Spooky Sneak Peek from Lili of the Valley...

Good Morning...

Today's card is a sneak peek of a gorgeous new fairy from Lili of the Valley.

 This sweetie is part of a new collection of Calendar Fairies out on 31st July.

Lovely October Fairy has been stamped and coloured with distress inks (another first for me and I love them)!

I have used orange and black to create my Halloween theme card and added some spooky eyes! 

All finished off with some stitching and Baker's Twine.

This little one looks far too cute to be scared though!
