About me...

Hi there, thank you for popping by!

Here are a few things you might like to know about me!

I'm a crafter with a special love for colouring! I have crafted my whole life - and let me tell you that's now a lot of years! /-;  I discovered Copic Markers in 2012 and we have stuck together!

Although Copics are one of my tip top favourite things to colour with I also enjoy using pencils and watercolours!  I love creating inky backgrounds and using cute stamped images.

I live in the South West of England with my husband of 30 plus years - Nigel.  We have two grown up sons (Ian and Als) of whom we are immensely proud and three very unruly dogs (Ruby, Phoebe and Neo) who allow us to share the sofa with them!

oh - and as for tanglemouse - that is Nige's fault!  he has called me mouse since the first day he met me - because I'm diminutive not quiet!

I would like to share with you some details on how I and this blog work.

First and foremost, I want to be clear that I only work with companies and products that I love.

You will see a lot of Whimsy Stamps related content on my blog. I was a proud member of the Creative Team for Whimsy Stamps for five years, colouring images and creating cards and hand crafted items with their extensive range of paper craft products for their website and inspirational blog. I have a very close friendship with Denise and Deb at Whimsy Stamps and will continue to promote their lovely products.

Here in the UK I also support one of our wonderful UK based online retailers - Dies to Die For. I do receive a discount against purchases, but select and purchase all of the products I use. I choose to link to them here as a reliable and trusted supplier of popular overseas brands here in the UK/Europe.  I work closely with the company behind the scenes.

Recently I also joined Purple Onion Designs stamps as a Guest Designer for their annual sale events.  This is another company whose stamps I have loved and collected for years.

Also recently, it has been an enormous honour to be asked to guest design for Stamping Bella new releases.  This really is a crafty dream come true!

These relationships developed after years of supporting these companies as a customer.  These companies provide stamps ((and/or dies) (mainly of my choice)) for me to work with and I receive a discount from them against purchases.

In order to offset the costs of running my blog and allow me to spend more time creating content to share with you I also participate in affiliate programs. Affiliate links incur no extra costs for you, but do give me a small commission when you use them to make purchases, and are a great way for you to support me in sharing my creativity with you at no cost to yourself.

I only link to products and services that I use and value.
