R for Rip it Up!...

Good Morning lovely friends
Happy Wednesday!

I am finally home from my wonderful hols - a summer of sunshine in our beloved Dorset!
We have had a brilliant time and been very lucky with the weather - I only needed my raincoat once in 5 weeks!

We have a fab new challenge starting today at

For my card I have used the gorgeous Digistamp Boutique digi

I have coloured this cutie with copics and used a simple layout with a chalk background and a sentiment.  The 'Rip it Up' part is the little vellum snow humps!

...and here we are...Pip and Reindeer (Have I ever said I have a real soft spot for reindeer)!...xxx

Snuggle Bunnies...

Good morning lovely friends
Happy Bank Holiday Monday to you all and I hope you have a good one whatever you are up to.

Today's card is for Dies to Die For - these Snuggle Bunnies are just too darn cute!
I really enjoyed making this card.
I created a background using Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pads, water and Distress Spray Stain.
I coloured those cute critters with Copics and sat them on a die cut vellum 'hill'.  The sentiment is by Marianne Design.

The frame is die cut and to finish I added a star charm and some silver twine by 
and here we are...snuggly friends star gazing!...

Sunny is Stylish...

Hi lovelies - I'm home!

Well, for a few days at any rate!

I am so excited about our next trip which as well as being a lovely break has the added bonus of including a weekend at Purbeck Folk Festival.

This holiday lark is all well and good but it means I am not visiting your lovely blogs as often as I should!  Please bear with me.  Normal service will be resumed soon!

I'd like to say it could be me on my holiday - except - I am no where near as glamorous!

Anways, I have coloured gorgeous Sunny with Copics (aaarrrggghhh - those folds o-:).

I used chalks and a die cut cloud template to create the background and mounted the image on a piece of paper from Maja Design's Summertime Collection

...and here we have Sunny, who is definitely very stylish!

Party Time at In The Pink...

Good Morning lovely friends

Well, this is a really exciting day at In The Pink.

It is our 4th Birthday and our 100th challenge!

To make this super special we have a new challenge of
Anything Goes
(Anything PINK that is)!

There are some fabulous surprise prizes for the lucky winners this time too!

So - what are you waiting for - this is the best challenge on the block and we would love to see as many of your gorgeous pink creations as possible!
For my card I have used some of my tip top favourite stamps from the  

I chose a few of these gorgeous stamps and created a little scene.  I stamped the and Snail first and then masked them (I use post it notes for that) and stamped the Blooms.  The last stamp added was the Bee.  I used Copics and added some sparkly bits with a Pinflair Pearl Wand and Glossy Accents.

Good Morning lovely friends, Happy Wednesday!
We have a new challenge starting today at

For my card I have used Sami's too cute digi Present Pups

I coloured those adorable pups with Copics and paper pieced the present box with papers from Wild Rose Studio's Holly Lane Collection.

I opted for a simple layout using the same paper.

A Penguin is for life, not just for Christmas...

Good Morning lovely friends, Happy Monday!

It's a very happy one here for several reasons, firstly, we had the most fabulous holiday in Charmouth, Dorset last week and we enjoyed ourselves so much we are going back very soon!

Secondly, it is my day to make a card for wonderful Dies to Die for, and I enjoyed making this one enormously!

For today's card I have used a wonderful set of stamps and dies from Dies to Die For - 

I have made a circular card and coloured the background with Distress Inks and splattered about acrylic paint.  I have used dies to cut out the sea and sand and made a little scene framed with an MFT Stitched Circle Frame Die.

The little pingu's are coloured with Copics.

...and here we are, a waddle of penguins in paradise!...
