The Merriest Little City - Purple Onion Designs

Hello friends,

I hope you are all keeping well and are ready for the imminent Christmas holiday break.  

I feel I am scraping into the festive season by the skin of my teeth!  I am just looking forward to having a rest, with my boys, and getting by!

This is my last card of 2023.  It has been a sad and difficult year but I am looking forward with optimism to 2024.

It is no secret I am a massive lover of all things Stacy Yacula by Purple Onion Designs.  I have adored and cherished the beautiful red rubber stamps for many years and have been lucky enough to appear several times as a guest designer for lovely Michele.

Picking a favourite collection is like picking my favourite child but he latest of Stacey's collections,

The Merriest Little City is I think my favourite one so far!

I can not tell you how much fun I had creating this card.

Winter Silhouettes - Purple Onion Designs Holiday Sale 2023

Happy Sunday Friends!

I'm back today with another card made with beautiful stamps from 

Purple Onion Designs.

Today's card is vastly different to anything I usually make - in fact it is so different it spent half a day in the bin before I fished it out and decided perhaps it was okay after all! (:

I used one of the gorgeous stamps from Julian Charlton's Winter Silhouettes set.

See!  I told you it was different! 

It has some sparkle added which sadly the camera does n't capture.

As a bonus this card was quick to make and the style suits any of the beautiful images in the Winter Silhouette collection.

Stamping Bella - Emily's Birthday Surprise Release & Sale!

Hello friends... 

It's certainly been a while!

I've stepped out of my summer semi retirement today for a very special reason!

Today would have been our beautiful Emily's Birthday and her family and friends have chosen to celebrate her in the best way they could think of - by having a special mini release, a sale and by raising funds for a special charity in Emily's name.
