Good evening lovely friends,
No card today just a great big apology from me - I am really far behind with my visits to all your gorgeous blogs and don't think I will ever catch up!
My lovely hubby has been ill for almost a month with a dreadful bout of 'flu and my gorgeous dogs pulled me over last week whilst I was walking them - falling over when you are 51 is no where near as much fun as falling over when you are 6!
Life has well and truly got in the way of crafting this week and I have had to give myself a talking to! - well let's face it, we are n't negotiating world peace are we? We are enjoying ourselves and rustling up a few super cute creations! (ha! who am I kidding - I am the world's worst at giving in)!
I have momentarily pressed the pause button and taken a week's break so I want to say a big thank you to Christine at In The Pink, Carol at My Besties UK and Shirley at The Paper Shelter for all their kindness and understanding.
Normal service will be resumed after Easter and I wish you all a blessed one with those you love.
Sue...xxx

So sorry to hear that you and hubby have been poorly, this flu virus is very debilitating, I've just gotten over the worst of it so I know what it feels like. As for your fall, at our age you don't roll as gracefully as when you are younger and the after effects last longer too, I do hope you feel better soon. Take care.

Aw Sue - so sorry to hear that both you and your hubby have been poorly. I can sympathise about the fall - I did it last year when I was walking my dog - I slipped and fell forwards while jumping some mud, stood up and passed out with the pain then fell backwards and banged my head! - i'm not 6 either!!! - it really takes it out of you, it took me weeks to get over the aches and pains in my arms and shoulders - and I consider myself quite fit. Take care and take the time you need to get over all your trials and tribulations hugs judith x
ReplyDeleteHi Sue - do not worry about catching up as I'm sure most of us all know that life does get in the way and I'm sure you will be back soon. I hope your hubby is feeling better and that you have recovered from your fall. Just take care of you and yours and see you soon hun - hope you had a lovely easter - hugs - Michelle xx
