Love is All Around Us

Good Morning everyone, Happy Monday! 
Today's card is my 'same but different' project for Sherri Baldy's

My Besties UK
This month we have all used the same gorgeous Sherri Baldy image -

This is not a challenge just a bit of fun so to have a chance of winning this gorgeous digi, just pop to

I have coloured this sweet image with Copics and used some papers from Limited Edition to create layers.  I added some Shimmer Domes and a sentiment to hopefully compliment the card design. 

...and here we are, love is all around us (I feel it in my fingers, I feel it in my toes)!...

    Uh oh...... you got me singing now!! Only I'm probably singing 'Christmas is all around' a la Bill Nighy... and you know what that means...... nearly time for our annual watch of Love Actually!!

    Now... onto your fabulous card.. I'm loving those shades of blue........ your shading is truly wonderful...... and yet again... such a stunner of a layout too! The bright red shimmer domes really highlight the red in your colouring fantastically. Now...... is the blue of the background done with that dratted Copic airgun?? LOL!

    You have done a wonderful job of showcasing this cute image...fabulous colouring and the grey shading around the image and soft blue background just make her pop off the card.
    The pretty but neutral papers are the perfect choice not to detract too much from the image but I love the extra pops of red with the shimmer domes...love a little sparkle!
    Hmmm, I really do need to have a play at making some of those sentiment things...they look soooo good!

    Yup I'm singing the song now too! It's gonna last in my head for hours!! She's a real sweetie. I love the colours, those blues are gorgeous and the shading on all that hat area is fab.
