Love Boat...

Good Morning...

Today's card is for lovely Lili of the Valley Design Collective.
I came over all romantic and have used 'Love Boat' which I stamped on Neenah Desert Storm Card and coloured with Copics.  (I tried that a while back and was n't happy with how it turned out - happy I gave it a second chance now)!

I used the polka dot papers from Lili of the Valley's
Dress Shoppe and Pastel Dreams Collections to create the background which I die cut with a wonderful die from Clearly Besotted.

I added some teeny tiny star buttons from my stash (sorry had them a while and there is no wrapper)! along with some baker's twine.

The sentiments are Lili of the Valley's Set 24 Sentiment Tags and

...and here we are, a couple of cuties in their Love Boat...

  8. I'm really impressed by your wonderful colouring on this kraft card - notoriously difficult to do but you've mastered it very well!! It's a gorgeous little image and looks so good with those papers too... especially with the wave die cut at the top of the blue paper! A perfect anniversary card - and I'm glad to see that the boy bear is doing all the rowing!! hehe!

  13. Your colouring on Kraft looks sensational...well worth the effort, and it gives such a different look. The way you matched the shading around the image to tie in with the DP layers is utterly brilliant and makes the whole card into a beautiful romantic starry night time scene :-)

    Big hugs, Kat xx
