Crazy Days of Summer...

Good Afternoon...
It is lovely to have some sunshine on our side of the mountain today,
and doubly lovely that the sun is shining for our
Summer Special Challenge Event at Lili of the Valley

We are holding our first Facebook challenge and would love to see all your summer style cards and projects using any LOTV goodies.
The Challenge is open until the end of Thursday 4th June and there are some fantastic prizes for the winners who will be announced on Friday 5th June.  The whole event is rounded off with a fun day on Saturday 6th June at the Lili of the Valley shop, when the new products will launched.

To enter the challenge you need to like the LOTV Facebook page which is
Here
join the Summer Event and post a picture of your summer themed creation, made using
LOTV products, to the time line.

Simples!

My card today is made with a selection of gorgeous Lili of the Valley products.

I used a lovely Lili of the Valley rubber stamp 'Swing Time' which I coloured with Copics.  I decorated the edge of the image with some hand stitching and a dash of distress ink.

I then used some gorgeous new LOTV papers from the Sunny Side Up collection to create mats and layers and added a new LOTV sentiment.

The flowers are made with the same paper using a teeny tiny flower punch from Xcut and some adhesive pearls.

And here we are, what could be better on a summer's day than a bit of peace and quiet relaxing on a swing with your best friend!

I have been really loving the tiny flowers you add in pretty waves on some of your cards; so much so that I may just 'borrow' that idea some time!
