Good Morning...
This week's challenge at Creative Inspirations is
Birthday Bonanza!
The Prize for the lucky winner is a selection of French Lace from
and there is another extra special prize donated by Natalie herself to celebrate Creative Inspirations' Birthday!
Today's card is made with a lovely Magnolia Tilda Stamp - 'Ribbon Tilda'.
I have coloured her with Copic markers and used some Frantage around the edge.
I have used Spellbinders Grand Labels to die cut the mats and layers with papers from the
Pion 'Shoreline Treasures' Collection.
Pion 'Shoreline Treasures' Collection.
I have added some flowers and twine from The Ribbon Girl along with some adhesive pearls and Gems from my trinket box. The little heart is punched from Kraft card with a Hobbycraft punch and decorated with Treasure Gold gilding wax.
Finally, I added a 'Happy Birthday' sentiment using the lovely Lili of the Valley
Greetings Postmarks. I love the effect of stamping the sentiment directly onto the finished card but dear me, is that a sweaty palm moment or what!
So, here we are then, celebration time with lovely Ribbon Tilda...

Lovely card, great colouring and detail. I do find it hard to comment on Tilda cards though as I just don't like her at all but I love the rest of it x
ReplyDeleteSuper cute card Sue and I'm pleased to see you were a "brave" girl again and used the postmark stamp set!! Hope the pain is easing xx
ReplyDeleteFabulous card Sue! I love this beautiful, soft colour combo - really pretty.I adore Tilda - I love those big imploring eyes! I think you are super brave stamping onto a finished card - I just can't do it. I end up with a wonky sentiment and a mega strop ;-) Gold star for you! Hugs, Jayne
