Good Evening...
Today's card is sheer indulgence on my part. I have had this gorgeous Sugar Nellie digi - Hey Little Birdie for ages and have wanted to colour her. I decided that today was the day....plus...I am trying to make at least one Christmas Card a month and I am running out of April time!
Today's card then is Sugar Nellie's Hey Little Birdie by Funky Kits. I have coloured her with Copics and added some dots of Clear Jelly Roll pen. I used Papermania cardstock and paper from a Kaisercraft Blue Bay pad to create mats and layers. I also did something that is very different for me - another first and I machine stitched the edges of the card. I rather enjoyed that!
I added some twine and a wooden button from The Ribbon Girl along with some teeny tiny hearts from my trinket box. Finally, I added a sentiment tag from Lili of the Valley.
Hey Little Birdie - sheer Saturday afternoon indulgence.
I would like to enter this card for the following challenges -
