'Twas the Night Before Christmas....

Good Morning...
Today's card is my second 'sneak peak' of one of lovely Lili of the Valley's new
Christmas stamp sets - Santa Trio, which is being released on Monday 31st August.

There are five sets of festive trios being released and I can't pick between them - they are all so cute and an absolute delight to colour.

I have coloured these gorgeous Santa's with Copics and used some papers from
LOTV's 'Twas The Night collection.

I thought the little circles looked 'bauble-like' so I drew a little thread in to hold them up!

... and here we are then ... a super Santa Trio...

Seeing Stars...

Good Morning...

Today's card is the first of my August Design Collective cards for lovely
I used one of the beautiful new Christmas stamps from the latest LOTV launch -

To colour the image, I had another fiddle with Distress Inks - I'm still not sure about them, (I love the artwork some of you lovely talented ladies create - but I need more practice I think before I am completely happy with the result).

I die cut papers from Lili of the Valley's Woodland Wishes collection to create the cloudy layers.  The white card is embossed with a Die'sire embossing folder.

The layers are all raised slighty on foam tape - I was trying to add some cloudy depth for the stars to peep out from but the camera has n't quite captured the effect.

I added some die cut glittery stars and some sentiments from Lili of the Valley
Christmas Sentiment Tags.  These were stamped and heat embossed in gold.

...and here we are - a Heavenly Angel wishing everyone a Heavenly Christmas.
Ingredients
Lili of the Valley New Launch Stamp - Heavenly Christmas
Stazon Ink Pad
Langton Watercolour Paper
Distress Ink Pads and Reinkers
Papers from Lili of the Valley's Woodland Wishes Collection
