Close Your Eyes By Lili of the Valley

Good Morning

Today's card is my second August Design Collective card for lovely
Lili of the Valley
I came over all romantic for this card and decided to use the gorgeous LOTV rubber stamp
Close Your Eyes

I coloured this adorable twosome with Copics and sprinkled some fran-tage around the edge of the image.

I used papers from
Lili of the Valley's Winter Wishes Collection which I stamped with
Lili of the Valley's Grunge Corners.

I added a sentiment using Lili of the Valley's Greetings Postmarks Set 18.

I added some flowers from The Ribbon Girl - I decorated the blue rose with
Frantage Shaved Ice.

Finally, I added some blue seam binding and a wooden heart button.

...and here we are, such a cute image, I don't know what question he is asking but I would definitely say yes...

Oh, this is soooo romantic and pretty! I love all the stamping on the DP and the little pops of peach...oh, and the Frantage...just utterly swoonsome :-) I may have just made that word up but it feels right for this card!

What a delightful Anniversary card Sue, they are such an adorable little couple. Stamping on patterned papers terrifies me in case I make a boo boo and I'm so impressed with your perfect job. The twinkly frantage looks fabulous on the roses too xx

Yeah ... yeah... yeah....... I'm catching up again! Where do the days go??!! Of course, I adore this fabulously romantic card... you've really cracked the layout here - the stamping on the DP looks so good too and adds to the vintage feel that your colouring created.... and then the frantage......... i LOVE frantage and you've got just the right amount here!

Big hugs

This is very pretty Sue, one of my favourite images and I love how you stamped the background instead of taking the easy option and using a patterned paper!
